Welcome to the CoursingOnline manual. Below you will find information on how the system works and how to manage your races.
1. User Roles
Headquarters (Moderator)
Headquarters (Moderator): Manages branches (Users) and their access.
Branch (User)
Branch (User): Manages their own races and live race numbers.
2. Quick Start Guide
- 1 Create a Race: In the Dashboard, add a new race with a name and dates.
- 2 Add Counters: Click "Counters" next to your race and add new counters depending on the needs (e.g., "Parkur 1", "Parkur 2").
- 3 Assign Operators: Share your PIN or Magic Link with the person at the track.
- 4 Share Race Number: Use the "Public View" link or QR code to show the live race number to spectators.
3. Advanced Features
Magic Link
Magic Link: A special URL for operators to log in automatically without a PIN.

Live Updates: The race number refreshes automatically every 3 seconds.

Parkour Control: A fullscreen mode designed for tablets and phones to easily update the race number.

4. Installation on Phone (PWA)
You can install this app on your phone to have quick access without typing the address. It will work like a native app.
Android (Chrome)
Android (Chrome): Open the menu (three dots) and select "Install app" or "Add to home screen".
iOS (Safari)
iOS (Safari): Tap the "Share" button (square with arrow) and select "Add to Home Screen".
